Who are we looking for? Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Manager who will lead the Production Team for our new plant opening in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities for this position with include:
- Oversee the production for a 24x7 production facility.
- Lead and develop teams that consistently meet or exceed production goals in a safe working environment.
- Ensure all OSHA and regulatory provisions are in compliance and manage safety training programs and practices.
- Continually improve team's organization effectiveness and value while developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Proactively seek new and innovative tactics to promote 'best in class' production practices.
To be considered for this position you are required to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Require a minimum of 5 years experience in managing the production of high speed manufacturing lines
- Require experience in PET plastic injection and blow molding.
- Experience working in a GMP and HACCP compliant manufacturing environment is required.
- Require superior organizational skills with proven ability to find improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong decision making skills and the ability to link business objectives to business activities.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to hold team accountable for results and recognize accomplishment is required.
- Ability to build strong, positive rapport with associates in a team environment; ability to lead through personal example that communicates integrity, core values and consistency in decision making.
- Excellent analytical & people management skills, including conflict resolution, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork and performance management
- Ability to implement site standards and best practices to include policies, procedures and workflow development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple projects/priorities to meet specific goals & deadlines.
