Who are we looking for?
Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor who will manage a team of operators and collaborate with Supply Chain department to meet production demand.  The successful candidate with be passionate about:  leading by example to promote safety, motivating production teams to meet or exceed quality and production goals. This position will oversee production, and line maintenance in our Ontario, CA plant. 

What will this position be responsible for?

  • Direct and supervise activities operators, and forklift drivers
  • Schedule work assignments
  • Collaborate with  Preventive Maintenance Manager to schedule preventive maintenance activities
  • Complete reports for production numbers, “down time”, attendance, overtime, and quality checks and submit to Production Manager
  • Train, coach, and review performance of shift employees. Work with HR for employee discipline issues, termination, and recruitment
  • Build a positive work environment
  • Participate in Safety team activities. Monitor and enforce safety requirements

What is required to be considered?

  • 5 or more years of supervisory experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
  • Blow molding and bottling experience
  • Experience and knowledge in the Plastic industry
  • Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
  • Forklift certified is preferred but not required
  • Must have a flexible availability to work as business demands
  • High level experience with technical expertise
