Who are we looking for?

 

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an experienced Label Compliance Analyst who will review compliance of our bottled water labels to federal, state, county and local municipality regulation and standards.  This position will be based at our corporate office in Ontario, California.  The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, accurate, organized, be able to multi-task, and capable of working collaboratively with colleagues in other departments.

 

What will the responsibilities be?

  • Responsible for reviewing labels and label modifications insuring compliance of bottled water products with federal and state regulations in all 50 states.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with the review, edit and submission of product labels and label amendments to regulatory authorities.
  • Verify that all label changes are accurately incorporated into the final artwork.
  • Maintain label catalogs and disseminate information to plant Quality Assurance teams.
  • Coordinate new market notification and registration of new products.
  • Assist in obtaining and maintaining distribution licenses and permits.
  • Assist with overall compliance department responsibilities and duties.

 

What is required for consideration?

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • 2 years of Label Compliance experience is required.  Prefer experience in beverage, dairy, food manufacturing or a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals or biometrics).
  • Experience working with Federal, State, County, and local government regulatory agencies.
  • Successful track record of identifying labeling issues.
  • In depth understanding of federal and state regulations as it pertains to labeling requirements.
